This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

 

What Your Warranty Covers:

Any defect in materials or workmanship.

For How Long After Your Purchase:

Beginning from the date on the invoice, you have the following warranty lengths depending on the product you purchased:

  • Standard Residential Colors: One (1) year.

  • GraniteView: Three (3) years.

  • GraniteView Essentials: One (1) year.

  • Renaissance Stone Wörx: Five (5) years.

An Extended Warranty is also available for a minimal cost.

What We Will Do:

If you find any defect or are dissatisfied in any way with the item we have repaired and resurfaced we will fix the problem area.

How You Get Service:

Call the area office that did the original work. The office number is on your invoice. Have the invoice number and invoice date ready for our operator. Schedule a date for us to look at the problem. The manager assigned to your area will come out to you and verify that we are at fault and that it is covered by your warranty. If it is, then a Surface Technician will be scheduled to fix the problem at your convenience. Most likely it will be the same Surface Technician who originally did the work.

What Your Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

Natural disasters which damage item such as earthquake, fire, flood, etc. Damage from customer misuse or neglect such as cut marks, burns, ink stains, sanding off finish with harsh abrasives. We recommend English Ivy Polyurethane Surface Cleanser on you new surfaces. An item removed from its original position to be placed somewhere else. Later customer decision to replace kitchen stove with one of a different size and which now shows that the sides or top edge of counters are not resurfaced and the original laminate or tile is exposed. The functionality of item to be resurfaced. If sink is removed and damage results around edges of countertop. Surface damage if the item was not cared for during the first seven days in the manner described in the Warranty/Care card. There is NO WARRANTY on kitchen sinks, resurfaced stove tops, resurfacing floor only of bathtubs, cosmetic repairs, local area repairs or repair work on rust in porcelain sinks or porcelain bathtubs. You have NO WARRANTY if you never paid for the work completed after being satisfied with the end result.
